Day 1

Arrive at the airport and transfer* to the hotel (*Shared transfers based on combined flight arrival times.)
Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
Noon – 6 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
6-7 PM: Welcome reception at the hotel, with select appetizers and 1 complimentary drink per person. (Exact location to be announced closer to the time of travel.)
7:30 – 9:30 PM: Welcome Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” with 1 drink* per person and water. *Choice of a glass of wine, beer, refreshment, or a juice.
The rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 2

7:30-9:30 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.
10 AM-6 PM: Training session at the hotel (optional). Includes coffee break and finger food light lunch.
7:30 – 10:30 PM: Dinner at “Gyalos” local restaurant (around 2 km from the hotel), with Greek delicacies, unlimited Greek wine, live music and dancing program for 2 hours; transportation included. 
Upon arrival back at the hotel the rest of the evening at your leisure.

 

Day 3

7:30-8:30 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel. 

9 AM – 3 PM: Mount Olympus - Old Panteleimonas traditional village tour. Includes lunch, air-conditioned transportation and an English-speaking guide. See below for details and restrictions.

• 8:45 AM: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby area and start boarding the bus.
• 9:30 AM: We reach the town of Litochoro. Free time half hour.
• 10 AM: Continue by bus to the Monastery of St. Dionysius of Olympus, near Litochoro. (Visit for about 40 minutes).
• 11 AM: Next, we continue our journey (45 minutes by bus) to the traditional village Old Panteleimonas (700m altitude). 
• 12 – 2 PM: 3-course lunch at a traditional local tavern. Includes 1 drink* per person *choice of a glass of local wine, or beer, or a soft drink and mineral water.
• 2:15 PM: We depart for our journey back to Paralia Katerini.
• 3 PM: Upon arrival back at the hotel the rest of the day at your leisure. 

7:30 – 9:30 PM: Dinner at the hotel restaurant “Erato” (drinks not included).
The rest of the evening at your leisure.

 

Day 4

8-10 AM: American-style buffet breakfast at the hotel.
The rest of the morning at your leisure.
1 – 3 PM: Lunch at the hotel (drinks not included).

9 PM – 1 AM: Farewell Pool Party at the hotel Bar “Ammos” with DJ Music; includes wine, beer, refreshment, juice, water.

 

Day 5

• This activity is not wheelchair accessible.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 75 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of up to US$100. If you cancel within 74 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than April 16 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.
